For pop­u­lar spring, sum­mer and ear­ly-fall dates, con­tact­ing us sev­er­al weeks or months ahead gives you more choice of venues, boats and pho­tog­ra­phers. Last-minute requests can be reviewed against actu­al availability.

We only talk to you, by What­sApp or email. Togeth­er we pick a believ­able cov­er sto­ry, such as a sun­set cruise, a din­ner reser­va­tion or a pho­to shoot. The set­up is ready before you arrive and the team stays out of sight.

Pho­tog­ra­phy is avail­able, but it is not includ­ed in every arrange­ment by default. Your per­son­alised quote will clear­ly list con­firmed inclu­sions, option­al enhance­ments and any venue or trans­port fees.

You do not need to vis­it venues, brief pho­tog­ra­phers or coor­di­nate mul­ti­ple sup­pli­ers before your hol­i­day. Tell us your date, hotel or town, pre­ferred expe­ri­ence and approx­i­mate bud­get. We pre­pare suit­able options and explain the prac­ti­cal­i­ties: arrival instruc­tions, the sur­prise cue, weath­er alter­na­tives and any per­mis­sions or venue con­di­tions. Short­ly before the day, you receive a con­cise plan that is easy to fol­low with­out draw­ing your partner’s attention.

For out­door pro­pos­als we dis­cuss a prac­ti­cal con­tin­gency before the event. A resched­ule, adjust­ed tim­ing or alter­na­tive set­ting depends on the venue, boat oper­a­tor and avail­abil­i­ty; the terms will be pro­vid­ed in your quotation.
